Creating a Seamless Multimedia Concept for Two Consecutive Conferences for Huawei
I'm excited to share the process behind the concept development for two back-to-back conferences for Huawei. Commissioned by an agency, our task was to design a versatile multimedia setup and a welcoming zone that could be swiftly transformed for the next conference. This requirement was due to both events being held consecutively in the same hall without any reassembly.
During the brainstorming process for the multimedia setup, we realized the hall was too large, prompting us to create a hall within a hall. This approach provided participants with a unique journey to the main area, which could later serve as a networking zone. Ultimately, we decided on a circular construction with smooth entry lines, utilizing LED screen technology with large-pixel LED strips that visually extended the screen across the entire surface.
Additionally, we developed a storyboard and visual style for the intro show preceding the start of each conference.
A unique feature of the proposal for the second show was the comprehensive use of LED screen technology and augmented reality
